Scheduling & Contact

New clients:

Angie is taking clients on a case by case basis— you can book a consult with her online by clicking “request appointment” below, or send an email via the contact form below. Angie sees clients virtually.

Grace is taking new clients on a case by case basis only—you can send her an email via the contact form below to inquire.

Good Faith Estimate: In accordance with the No Surprises Act, if you do not have or will not use insurance you are entitled to a good faith estimate for services before your first appointment. Find more information about the No Surprises Act here.

Please note: We are INN with Regence (we take regence!) but we are out of network providers for all other insurance companies. We are happy to provide superbills though!

We recognize that sessions are expensive and that systemic issues make access to care challenging for certain communities and people. Angie and Grace offer a limited number of sliding scale slots (reduced price sessions) and prioritize the following communities for these slots: BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and/or individuals who experience weight/size discrimination.

If you are in need of therapy but cannot afford it, please let us know. If the slots are full we can put you on a waitlist for a reduced fee slot.

Please read the FAQs , as well as the insurance and pricing page in order to ensure that you’d like to book an appointment. Then send a message in the contact form below to book an appointment. In your message please let us know what provider you are wanting to see, and what you are needing support/help with—the more detail the better! From there we can guide you through the process of booking your intake appointment online. We will return emails within 1 week.
