Supportive Virtual Group Therapy For Teens and Adults in Seattle
We offer small virtual group therapy for teens & Adults in Seattle every 3-4 months.
Next up: Fall 2024: Food/Body Virtual Small Group (You may enroll up until the start date)
Time: 5pm-6:30pm PST, Mondays
Cost: $30-$90/session based on need (Insurance does not cover).
Group Focus: We separate these groups into age groups—we have both teen and adult groups - relationship with food/body/self, eating disorders.
Virtual Support Group Info
Typical counseling sessions range from $150-180 a session, which is a big investment and a privilege to pay. We also know that group support is highly therapeutic.
We offer these small virtual therapy counseling group (via video/zoom) at the reduced cost of $30-$90/session.
Virtual groups are closed, meaning that there will be a period of time to join, the group will run for 3 -4 months, and then another group will begin.
These virtual grousp therapy are limited to 5 spots only, so read below to learn whether you might be a good fit!
How do I know if I’m a good fit for the virtual group therapy for adults?
You are a good fit for the virtual group therapy course if:
You are an adult or teen.
You want a supportive space for improving your relationship to self, food and body.
You are interested in building supportive relationships with others (you might even be nervous to be around other people with these issues due to your own fears of body comparison, or “am I sick enough?”
You would like to supplement your other treatment/care.
You would like to be in therapy but can’t find a therapist, and/or common therapy rates don’t fit your budget.
This is not the best fit for you if:
You are currently struggling with severe depression/hopelessness and you don’t have additional support. (Please contact me for referrals in this case!)
You cannot commit to attending (most) sessions on Monday afternoon/evenings.
How do I book my spot for virtual group therapy?
Please send a message through the contact page. We will then move forward with some online intake/assessments to learn a bit more about you. Then we will either get you enrolled in the group or we will connect you with other support/resources that best fit your needs.
