What do these on-demand courses consist of?

The majority of my courses include a 15 to 35 min “video session,” plus handouts, readings, and prompts for reflection. The video sessions” are pre-recorded videos that I’ve created right from my office. I am talking to you as if I’m sitting right there with you, giving you education, support and compassion for what you might be feeling or struggling with. In addition to the pre-recorded video sessions, courses also have education via downloadable handouts and readings. You can re-visit and retake courses anytime once you’ve purchased, and you can keep all the downloadable audios and handouts forever. Courses called “toolkits” have downloadable audio’s instead of video sessions so that you have another “tool” for in the moment coping.
